King Charles’ push for multifaith illustration at his coronation has not gone down effectively with Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, says author and broadcaster Esther Krakue.
“As a result of it’s in direct battle with the canon legislation which truly states that members of various faiths can not truly give a speech on the coronation,” Ms Krakue informed Sky Information host Caroline Di Russo.
“Now clearly with this stuff it’s all the time a tightrope as a result of Britain is in fact a really various and multiethnic, multicultural, multifaith society and so that you need all teams of individuals inside Britain to really feel adequately represented.
“Nevertheless it’s about pushing the boundaries.”
