U.S. Senate candidate Dave McCormick conceded to Dr. Mehmet Oz at what his marketing campaign officers known as an “election recount celebration” on Friday night.
After 17 days of counting, recounting and courtroom battles, McCormick conceded within the Pennsylvania U.S. Senate Republican main race, making Dr. Oz the Republican on the ticket in November.
“With a lot at stake and that margin so razor skinny, we’ve spent the final 17 days ensuring each republican vote was counted in a method that will consequence within the will of Pennsylvania voters being fulfilled,” McCormick stated in his speech.
McCormick instructed his supporters that he’s 100% behind Dr. Oz within the battle in opposition to Lt. Gov. and Democratic nominee for Senate John Fetterman.
Dr. Oz launched the next assertion after McCormick’s concession:
