Wild ‘N Out performer Jacky Oh (aka Jacklyn Smith) died on Wednesday whereas in Miami, TMZ reviews. She was 32.
A reason for loss of life has not but been revealed.
The official socials for the MTV-turned-VH1 sketch comedy/battle rap improv recreation present confirmed the information, with a BET Media Group spokesperson writing, “We’re deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, recognized to the world as Jacky Oh, a gifted Wild ‘N Out member of the family whose impression shall be eternally treasured and missed.
“Jacky Oh was a loving good friend and beloved colleague of the Wild ‘N Out solid all through 5 seasons,” the assertion continued. “Extra importantly, she was an incredible mom to a few lovely youngsters.”
Jacky Oh and Wild ‘N Out vet DC Younger Fly (aka John Whitfield), who met again in 2015, are dad and mom to daughters Nova and Nala, and son Prince.
Per the UK’s Each day Mail, DC Younger Fly was in Atlanta filming new Wild ‘N Out episodes when he discovered of his accomplice’s passing.
“The BET Media Group extends our honest condolences to the Smith household, DC Younger Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon, and all associates who cherished and cared for Jacky Oh throughout this tough time,” the assertion concluded.
