I really feel that there’s most likely rather a lot intertwined within the title itself. So simply unpack that for me to start out.

It comes from a lyric contained in the album. For me, it sums up life. I wish to be mystified by life as a result of I don’t know what’s happening. And so the album addresses life, and tips on how to keep awake and benefit from the journey.

I actually love this album. And it’s lovely, and it’s good. And I used to be intrigued by form of the framing of it as pop music for folks of their 40s. How does this album mirror your age and your experiences?
