“Bowen’s Coronary heart provides a deeply weak view of how persistent sickness impacts a whole household,” reads the official synopsis. “This feature-length documentary movie follows, (a then-eight-year-old Bowen), by means of his third main open-heart surgical procedure as his dad and mom battle with the hope that the surgical procedure may make his life higher and the data that it may make issues a lot worse.”

Bowen‘s Coronary heart is directed by Lexi and Zach Learn, and was acquired by International Digital Releasing. The documentary was an official choice of the Nashville Movie Competition, and the topic of the movie, Bowen Hammitt, has had his story featured on ABC Nightly Information and Good Morning America.
