Apple’s homepage for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2024
Apple has honored Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on its homepage, with a memorial accompanied by a free ebook concerning the civil rights motion chief.
Apple has, since 2015, switched its homepage to indicate a single picture of Dr. King. Simply as in earlier years, the picture is accompanied by an inspirational quote, in addition to a free copy of a ebook from Apple Books.
The quote, “Due to our involvement in humanity, we should be involved about each human being,” stems from his graduation deal with at Morehouse School in 1959.
Apple follows the quote with the assertion “We honor the lifetime of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and mirror on his legacy of service to all.”
Apple features a hyperlink to the ebook “The Important Martin Luther King, Jr.” which is obtainable on Apple Books at no cost. The ebook is a group of writings and speeches by Dr. King, edited and with a foreword by Clayborne Carson.
