That is the message I see (it’s in Dutch). The bizarre factor is, I’m logged into my Home windows Retailer account. I’m logged into my Microsoft Account finish I've already did the usual hassle taking pictures on the home windows web site (see steps under). Does anybody have any thought find out how to repair this?
Troubleshooting steps?
Listed here are the troubleshooting steps that we will carry out:
1. Signal out your Xbox account via Retailer and Xbox app.
2. Restart your system.
3. Clear the Microsoft Retailer cache:
- Press Home windows key + R and kind wsreset.exe then hit enter.
- An empty Command immediate will pop open. Let it’s for a couple of seconds and the command line will shut mechanically (after it has cleared the cache behind the background) and Microsoft Retailer shall be launched as a replacement.
- Reset Xbox app.
- Go into “Settings” or press Home windows key + I
- Select “Apps"
- Select “Put in Apps”
- Select “Xbox app”
- Click on the “…” on the far proper of the display
- Select “Superior Choices”
- Scroll all the way down to “Reset”
- Then launch Xbox app once more to see if it really works.
- Just be sure you have signal similar account each in Retailer and Xbox app.
5. Gaming Providers Restore Software:
- Launch the Xbox app for PC.
- Click on your Profile image.
- Click on on Help.
- Select Gaming Providers Restore Software.
- Click on Begin Troubleshooting
