Curtis McGrath claims 12th global title with victory at the Paracanoe World Championships in Hungary

Triple Paralympic gold medallist Curtis McGrath has delivered a robust message to his rivals forward of the Olympic Video games.

McGrath and teammate Susan Seipel took out gold and bronze respectively to place the Aussies on the medal tally early in Hungary.

McGrath staged a robust come-from-behind win to complete forward of David Phillipson of Nice Britain and Brazil’s Fernando Rufino de Paulo.

“It is good to get one other world championship, my twelfth … I am simply over the moon,” he stated.
