one of many issues about being a film fan and dwelling in LA is so many elderly movie/revival theaters screenings.. final evening no exception… and among the best issues is usually actors simply occur to indicate as much as see their outdated movies or different individuals's movies… so i went to see TANK GIRL 1995 on the new beverly cinema (it's a theater owned by tarantino) they usually display all varieties of largely basic or older movies each day. solely on movie not digital. tarantino is a stickler for that. saturday are their midnight screenings. when the man who introduces the film asks the viewers who’s seeing it for the primary time, a bunch of palms go up together with mine. then some girl within the viewers yells out "what you havent seen it?" and she or he runs as much as the host legitimately scaring him. he had no concept… and it was Lori Petty… was so nice… she got here along with her sister to see it they usually have been simply there. appeared like she was aspiring to be incognito however when she noticed what number of hadn't seen it earlier than she simply jumped up. so humorous… and endearing and candy… she was so good and stayed to observe even the credit and even did a number of selfies with individuals outdoors… you usually get actors coming for q&a stuff however this wasn't that… simply her and sis going out to a film… simply occurred to be hers. i received to inform her was my first time and liked it.. severely i dont know the way i missed this.. it's so down my alley… https://preview.redd.it/u93d5j8vbxdd1.png?width=1080&format=png&auto=webp&s=ddc58277e9d6fbf773fc14a4403ec4f743fba14e submitted by /u/dvsinla |
