The 38-year-old actress revealed on Instagram Tales Wednesday that she is engaged to Tom Pelphrey after greater than two years of courting! Kaley shared the thrilling information with an image of the couple — who share daughter Matilda Carmine Richie — snuggling up to one another whereas she reveals off the ring. She captioned the lovely snapshot:
