Why does it say that I don’t have a Play Games profile but I actually do?

This occurs with most of my video games, together with Brawl Stars, CoC, KoT and people video games. However one sport (C.A.T.S.) it routinely logged in and saved my progress and achievements. And alsof with some video games (like CR) it's say to start with of while you begin a sport that I’m logged (routinely) in however I don't appear to get any achievements? I’ve a account that’s beneath supervision, however managed to get my guardian make a Play Video games acc for me. (So might it’s that??) On the screenshot I’m able to choose my acc, however after I click on on it, it says that I’ve no profile. This occurs for all video games the place I’m not routinely logged into and should log in manuely.
