Question about how my Ethereum was transferred

So I am going on my crypto pockets right this moment I’ve two-way bus pockets and I’ve belief pockets and belief pockets I had a pleasant little little bit of ethereum constructed up and right this moment it’s gone My stability is zero and it says a transferred it yesterday to some completely different handle and instructed me to contact them and attempt to get it again has anyone else had this concern or is it simply perhaps I messed one thing up?
