Virgin Australia is responding to an incident after a flight that landed in Fiji as we speak.
The airline wouldn’t touch upon any particulars about what had occurred.
A spokesperson stated the airline was conscious of an incident.
They stated Virgin Australia’s focus was on the welfare of the crew members affected.
“Out of respect for our crew we is not going to be offering additional remark.”
The Division of International Affairs and Commerce stated it was conscious of stories in regards to the incident.
“Owing to our privateness obligations we’re unable to offer additional remark,” a spokesperson stated.
At the least three Virgin flights landed in Fiji from Australia as we speak, taking off from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
The three flights all landed within the metropolis of Nadi this afternoon.
