The Doobie Brothers are set to launch their first new album that includes Michael McDonald in 40 years.
Former lead singer McDonald left the ‘What A Idiot Believes’ hitmakers in 1982 – after becoming a member of in 1975 as a short lived substitute to Tom Johnston – to deal with his solo profession and now he’ll function on the band’s latest album, marking the singer’s first contribution of authentic materials with the band since 1980’s ‘One Step Nearer’.
