A 28-year-old man needed to be rescued by police after making an attempt to flee from them by leaping into the ocean in South Australia.
Officers say they noticed the person driving on the fallacious facet of the street on Seashore Highway in Grange, 11km from Adelaide at 1.20am and tried to cease him.
The driving force allegedly stored making an attempt to get away by heading by means of again streets.
He clocked 100km/h in a 60km/h zone alongside Navy Highway, SA Police say.
When his automobile collided with the curb the driving force allegedly then fled on foot.
Police allege he ran onto the seaside and swam into the ocean.
The water police rescued the person when he started to battle.
He was arrested for a string of offences together with driving to flee police in a pursuit and dashing.
He was taken to hospital the place he was handled for minor accidents.
His automobile has been impounded and he was bailed to attend courtroom at a later date.
