ABC has introduced its plans for midseason, and there is a massive change on the horizon for The Rookie.
The hit procedural is shifting to Wednesdays at 8 p.m., starting January 3.
The transfer is large as a result of the sequence has spent the higher a part of its run on Sundays at 10 p.m.
It has commanded robust numbers in delayed viewing for the reason that starting, so ABC will likely be hoping a few of these viewers will watch it reside within the earlier slot.
The Rookie: Feds is shifting to 9 p.m. on the evening, which means that we’ll have two hours of The Rookie universe back-to-back.
Closing out the revamped Tuesday evening is the Ramon Rodriguez drama sequence Will Trent.
“Particular Agent Will Trent of the Georgia Bureau of Investigations (GBI), [who] was deserted at delivery and endured a harsh coming-of-age in Atlanta’s overwhelmed foster care system,” in line with an official synopsis.

Based on the official synopsis, “an evening of ardour results in love between con man Charlie and undercover CIA officer Emma, who [is] unknowingly on a collision course professionally.”
“Whereas Charlie ramps up the “household enterprise” so he can get out for good, Emma’s closing in on the vengeful legal who holds Charlie’s household money owed in hand – forcing them to reckon with the lies they’ve instructed to allow them to save themselves and their households from disastrous penalties.”
