Alexander George O’Sachy, 45, was charged with homicide as a home violence offence after the demise of Angela Silk, also called Angela Goodwin, in September 2021.
The Division of Public Prosecutions will allege in courtroom that Ms Goodwin was fatally wounded at Mr O’Sachy’s house on Wishart Highway in Higher Mount Gravatt on September 6, 2021.
Mr O’Sachy had allegedly gone voluntarily with police to be interviewed after calling paramedics.
