On Sunday Mr Majors' lawyer, Priya Chaudhry, claimed that the girl was the aggressor and has now recanted her allegations.
“Jonathan Majors is totally harmless and is provably the sufferer of an altercation with a girl he is aware of. We’re shortly gathering and presenting proof to the District Lawyer with the expectation that each one fees might be dropped imminently,” Ms Chaudhry mentioned in an announcement, supplied to The Impartial.
“This proof contains video footage from the car the place this episode passed off, witness testimony from the driving force and others who each noticed and heard the episode, and most significantly, two written statements from the girl recanting these allegations. All of the proof proves that Mr. Majors is solely harmless and didn’t assault her by any means.
