Backing up the full Bitcoin Blockchain over to another HDD.

Guys, I’ve a HDD the place I’ve a full model of the Bitcoin Blockchain and its all synced up (i.e it's a full node). Let's name this HDD "A".

I then copied the entire knowledge over to a different HDD that I’ve through USB 3.0. (It nonetheless took 2 hours). Let's name this HDD "B".

HDD "B": As you may see the entire Bitcoin Blockchain knowledge has copied throughout to HDD "B", the complete 532GB of the node.

So why after I open up HDD "B" does it wish to re-sync from the beginning another time??

The info is already there on HDD "B", why can't it simply re-sync from the place the HDD "A" left off.
