BitBox02 Arrived Damaged and They Won’t Replace – Need Advice!

Hey everybody,
I simply bought a BitBox02 BTC-only model, and it arrived with some beauty defects (cracks/scratches). I reached out to their assist, they usually admitted it's a manufacturing problem affecting all models proper now. They provided a 20 EUR refund however mentioned changing it isn't an possibility till the problem is fastened.

I do know it's simply beauty, however I’m not snug storing my life financial savings in one thing that's not pristine. I requested if they might exchange it as soon as the manufacturing downside is resolved, however no luck up to now.
