Circle Jerks and Descendents are each veterans of California punk, and now they’ve coated a few of one another’s basic songs for a limited-edition break up seven-inch through Belief Data.
Descendents deal with Circle Jerks’ “Purple Tape,” “I Simply Need Some Skank,” and “Beverly Hills,” whereas Circle Jerks tackle Descendents “Kabuki Woman” and “Hope.” The break up is simply accessible on vinyl, however they did make a humorous vintage-style industrial known as “YOU GOT YOUR DESCENDENTS IN MY CIRCLE JERKS” that stars Milo Aukerman, Keith Morris, rock photographer Edward Colver, skateboarder Steve Olson, and Ian Svenonius, amongst others, and provides a sneak peek of the break up.
