NT Parks and Wildlife mentioned Wangi Falls, in Litchfield Nationwide Park, had been closed for swimming this afternoon following the incident.
“Rangers have confirmed a person was attacked by a saltwater crocodile at Wangi Falls this afternoon,” Division of Setting, Parks and Water safety director Dean McAam mentioned.
“It’s estimated the crocodile is roughly two metres lengthy.
“Rangers are working with the Crocodile Administration Workforce to take away the animal.
