Clients from considered one of Australia’s greatest banks are being locked out of web banking.
In an announcement shared to X, ING apologised to clients who have been having points.
“We’re conscious that some clients are experiencing points accessing the ING web site and app,” ING mentioned in an announcement.
“The difficulty has been recognized and our workforce are making progress in resolving the disruption.
“We sincerely apologise to any clients who could also be impacted.”
Tech web site DownDetector reported over 2200 individuals had reported points with ING.
The difficulty appeared to have spiked about 1pm.
ING’s cell app informed clients “one thing is not working” when the app didn’t login.
Some clients took to social media to complain they have been unable to finish transactions.
