Ever marvel if there was extra happening between Danielle Fishel and Rider Sturdy behind the scenes of Boy Meets World? The enduring actress, 41, made a stunning admission in hilarious new feedback on her Pod Meets World podcast (by way of TooFab), alongside Rider and co-star Will Friedle. When requested by a fan if they’d ever harbored crushes on each other, Danielle jumped in first. “I’ll go first,” she responded. “I had a crush on Rider.”
This was apparently information to Rider, 42, who performed Shawn Hunter reverse Danielle’s Topanga Lawrence within the beloved ABC collection. “That’s not true, you’ve by no means informed me that!” he exclaimed. “You saved that for 30 years? So … I used to be your first movie star crush. Jonathan Taylor Thomas and me. You actually had the teenager journal factor lined method by the ’90s.”
“It’s too true,” Danielle continued, sharing her honest ideas on her former costar and present cohost. “I believe it began possibly later in season 1 and positively by season two. I did.
