It’s recognized for years that ETH will change to PoS. The SEC had years to research and make clear climate PoS or staking companies make ETH a safety. So everybody and all exchanges might put together for the Merge. However the SEC didn’t… Gensler simply dropped a bom and retains it imprecise. Why..? as a result of monetary establishments, giant firms and so on. wil not contact ETH PoS till it’s made clear what the principles are. Check out XRP, it take years to battle in courtroom to get clarification. The SEC ain’t silly. They’ve sensible folks working there, however they hold it imprecise on goal. It looks like a tactic to delay ETH adoption. ETH gained’t attain its full potential till it’s made clear what guidelines apply. Simply my ideas…
