Essendon’s Jade Gresham says the Indigenous All Stars exhibition match must develop into an annual fixture on the AFL’s calendar.
The All Stars will tackle Fremantle in Perth on February 15, marking the crew’s first look in a decade.
Gresham was named in a star-studded squad that options 31 First Nations gamers from 16 golf equipment.
It contains seven All-Australians, 10 premiership gamers, seven top-20 nationwide draft picks and three mark-of-the-year winners.
“It is an honour. I simply can’t wait to expire with the Indigenous boys from different golf equipment and signify our tradition,” Gresham mentioned.
“All of the boys are wanting to play so it could be superior if we may do it yearly.
