Deputy Liberal Chief Sussan Ley says she takes “no pleasure” within the Voice to Parliament referendum failing.
Sky Information Australia referred to as the failure of the Voice to Parliament referendum after projecting nearly all of states to vote No.
“Loads of Australians will likely be feeling quite a lot of emotion tonight as a result of Indigenous Australians and certainly the entire neighborhood has walked a good distance and travelled quite a lot of distance on this situation,” she instructed Sky Information Australia.
“Sadly what they noticed was a Prime Minister who sprinted forward, who wished to make this his personal private legacy.
“Sprinted forward of a unifying referendum that might have introduced us collectively, superior reconciliation and really addressed enhancements within the lives of Indigenous Australians.
“So this outcome tonight is on the Prime Minister.”
