Former couple Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli are celebrating a milestone second for his or her daughter, Fiona Eve, 17.
Garth, 52, revealed this week that Fiona not too long ago celebrated her promenade, and shared a uncommon snap of the teenager on Instagram.
