Labor’s state govt has agreed to return a controversial $125,000 election donation to the Victorian department of the development union following a request by Premier Peter Malinauskas.
In a press release after this afternoon’s snap state govt assembly, SA Labor secretary Aemon Bourke stated the celebration would return the donation to the Victorian Building, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Vitality Union’s (CFMEU) building division.
