A Lebanese sailor was rescued off the coast of Cyprus after a harrowing five-hour ordeal within the sea. The sailor had fallen off a cargo ship and was left struggling to remain afloat earlier than a dramatic rescue introduced him again to security.
The incident passed off early within the morning when the sailor, a Lebanese nationwide, fell into the water below unknown circumstances. After realizing he was lacking, the crew alerted Cypriot authorities, triggering an instantaneous search and rescue operation.
