Longtime Wovenhand drummer Ordy Garrison has died, based on an announcement on the band’s social media.

David Eugene Edwards, who’d beforehand performed in 16 Horsepower, fashioned Wovenhand in Denver, Colo. in 2001. Although it was initially meant to be a solo challenge, Garrison ultimately joined on drums, first showing on the band’s sophomore launch, 2004’s Take into account the Birds.
