Man jailed for creating ‘evil twin’ WiFi networks at Australian airports

A 44-year-old man has been jailed for creating faux “evil twin” WiFi networks at a number of Australian airports.

He was additionally convicted of hacking into ladies’s on-line accounts to steal intimate materials.

“If you happen to do wish to use public WiFi, guarantee your gadgets are outfitted with a good digital personal community (VPN) to encrypt and safe your knowledge. Disable file sharing, do not use issues like on-line banking whereas linked to public WiFi and, when you disconnect, change your system settings to ‘neglect community’.
