A person is in hospital after he was repeatedly stabbed whereas attempting to defend a girl in Liverpool in Sydney’s south-west.
The 44-year-old man was discovered stabbed within the chest at Macquarie Road in Liverpool about 2.20am.
Police have been advised the person was stabbed a number of occasions after he tried to intervene when he noticed a person assaulting a girl in a parked automotive.
He was not recognized to the opposite man or girl.
The sufferer was handled on the scene and brought to Liverpool Hospital in a steady situation.
Police say the lady had already been assaulted in a automotive earlier than the nice Samaritan stepped in.
