Metallica’s 1991 self-titled album has grow to be the fourth studio launch ever to succeed in a historic chart file.
The album, affectionately often called The Black Album, has formally spent a complete of 750 weeks on the Billboard 200. It is the fourth file in historical past to spend that period of time on the chart, following Pink Floyd’s The Darkish Aspect of the Moon (1973), the Bob Marley and The Wailers compilation album Legend (1984) and Journey’s Biggest Hits (1988).
