The 42-year-old was discovered unconscious with severe accidents within the entrance yard of a fenced property on Ison Highway in Greenbank.
The Marsden man was pronounced lifeless on the scene.
A criminal offense scene was declared after police and emergency companies arrived on the house earlier than 11am.
