I noticed this advert… and puzzled.

OK, based on the web the NGO behind this advert is “my work my rights” – as per their story in 2018 three companions “Authorized Agenda”, “Lebanese Observatory for Employee and Worker Rights” (LOWER) and Oxfam Lebanon backed by the Swiss Company for Improvement and Cooperation began the NGO in query.
Here is my concern. Why am I seeing this advert? Who’s it destined for? How does it convey any change or visibility to their (worthwhile) calls for? Was this the easiest way to spend the cash? Did anybody discover the advert? Did it result in any chain response or domino impact? Would employees/workers mobilize after seeing this advert? Would employers have an moral spark?
The advert stood there like a sore thumb, barely readable as a result of it had too many phrases, with a # that principally I don’t know who will use it.
