We created an unique puzzle mechanic that allows you to play on surfaces that seem like a Japanese lacquer field. Every puzzle reveals various overlapping bushes with Kami-sama (Japanese gods) sitting on them. By inserting emptyness, which means 4 sticks with a rope round them, you may invite the Kami-sama to fly down from their bushes.
Inbetween puzzles you unlock bits of the story and study phrases in Japanese. The story follows priest Yoshida, who leaves house to convey again hope to the individuals of Kyoto. We’re utilizing your system’s gyroscope to simulate silver and gold surfaces as for those who had a bodily lacquer field in your hand.
