Sony has launched game-of-the-year nominated PlayStation exclusives yearly since 2015, with Astro Bot being its tenth consecutive GOTY nomination. The Recreation Awards 2024 nominees have been introduced yesterday, with Sony Interactive Leisure being the main writer and PS5 exclusives dominating the listing.
PlayStation continues to supply prime quality exclusives
As identified by Reddit person Zhukov-74, Sony’s GOTY nomination streak began with 2015’s Bloodborne. The next 12 months, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s Finish was nominated for GOTY. In 2017, Horizon Zero Daybreak graced the listing, and in 2018, each Spider-Man and God of Conflict duked it out for the highest prize. God of Conflict received that 12 months.
