Eli Gillespie-Rodriguez, 27, was discovered lifeless at Glen Helen Regional Park, the place he was tenting for the digital dance music pageant over the weekend.
Gillespie-Rodriguez is claimed to have entered a tent with buddies to smoke marijuana.
