A frantic search is underway for 2 youngsters lacking in river in Sydney’s southwest after a girl tragically drowned.
Emergency companies had been referred to as to a ship ramp on Floyd Bay at Lansvale, shortly after 10am on Saturday, after a girl and two youngsters had been seen within the water in misery.
A girl was pulled from the water a short while later; tragically, she couldn’t be revived.
An intensive search is now underway for the 2 youngsters believed to be within the water.
The search entails multiples companies, together with police, Marine Space Command, the Polair helicopter, and SES.
