St. Louis CITY SC have added to their inaugural roster with the signing of midfielder Njabulo Blom from South African aspect Kaizer Chiefs FC.
Arriving for an undisclosed payment, Blom has signed a two-year cope with St. Louis via the 2024 MLS season with the membership holding choices for 2025 and 2026.

“His ball-winning, super-aggressive, warrior qualities as a central defensive midfielder match what we’re in search of in our philosophy. Blom’s addition to our crew is strictly the lacking puzzle piece we wanted.”
In three-and-a-half years with Kaizer Chiefs, Blom notched eight assists in 94 appearances throughout all competitions, serving to the membership end second within the South African top-flight in 2019/20. At worldwide degree, Blom made his debut for South Africa in a World Cup qualifier in opposition to Ghana in September 2021.
The 23-year-old must be a daily starter within the St. Louis midfield alongside Designated Participant Eduard Lowen. Blom shall be managed by fellow South African Bradley Carnell, who represented Kaizer Chiefs throughout his taking part in profession.
