Coalition MP Stuart Robert says it’s time to dedicate 100% of his time to his household companies, after solely having the ability to dedicate 90% of his time to them throughout his time in Canberra.
An emotional Robert paid tribute to his household companies, and people of his pals, saying they’d all the time been a motivation to him.
“It’s been robust on them. I’ve missed a few of their most necessary milestones. In some instances it led to divorce – underneath part 44 of the Structure – so they might later win authorities contracts. In some instances I needed to get my father to take care of them.
“However they’ve all the time been central to my ideas, and it’s been onerous being away from them for such lengthy stretches,” Robert defined.
Robert confirmed that, from subsequent month, he wouldn’t be representing the pursuits of his voters. “So no change there,” he stated.
