The Initial Agreement With IMF Is No Longer Valid

Former Minister Raed Khoury has acknowledged that the preliminary settlement with the Worldwide Financial Fund (IMF) is not acceptable. He emphasised that Lebanon wants a guardian to chart a roadmap to an answer.

Khoury criticized the shortcomings of the official Lebanese negotiator, whose intention was a fast signature with the IMF with out resolving current points, together with the issue of deposits.
