Nationwide Geographic has launched a trailer for its upcoming journey documentary movie Endurance, which is able to concentrate on polar explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton and his sunken ship.
The synopsis or the doc reads: “In a legendary feat of management and perseverance, polar explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton stored alive his crew of 27 males for over a yr regardless of the lack of their ship in frigid pack ice.
“Over a century later, a staff of modern-day explorers units out to seek out the sunken ship. From Nationwide Geographic Documentary Movies, Endurance tells the inspiring tales of those two landmark expeditions, sure by their shared grit and willpower.”
I really like watching these sorts of docs. These tales are fascinating to me, and I admire what I study from them.
The doc comes from administrators E. Chai Vasarhelyi and Jimmy Chin (Free Solo, The Rescue, Wild Life, Nyad). It’s also co-directed by the British doc filmmaker Natalie Hewit.
Disney will launch Endurance on Disney+ on November 2nd, 2024.
