Making a nationwide continuity coverage

Underneath the EO, inside 180 days (by Sept. 15) the APNSA, in coordination with the heads of related companies, should assessment all nationwide continuity insurance policies and suggest beneficial adjustments to develop a brand new nationwide continuity coverage.

Creating new preparedness and response insurance policies

The order directs APNSA, in coordination with the heads of related companies and knowledgeable by the reviews and findings of the Federal Emergency Administration Company (FEMA) Council, inside 240 days (by Nov. 14) to revise or substitute nationwide preparedness and response insurance policies as wanted so as to reformulate the method and metrics for federal accountability, transfer away from an all-hazards method, and implement the Nationwide Resilience Technique.

Making a nationwide threat register
