Uma Thurman (Pulp Fiction), Phoebe Dynevor (Bridgerton) and Anthony Hopkins (The Father) have been solid within the interval drama, The Housekeeper. Set in Nineteen Thirties Cornwall, UK, the movie will chart the forbidden romance between a Polish housekeeper and a well-known novelist.
Notes On A Scandal and Iris filmmaker Richard Eyre is directing with Julia Taylor-Stanley (Coriolanus) and Kevin Loader (The Demise Of Stalin) producing from a script by British novelist Rose Tremain.
The story is impressed by Tremain’s brief story through which a younger girl is horrified to find, after a quick sexual encounter with Daphne du Maurier, that she is the mannequin for Mrs. Danvers within the author’s traditional work Rebecca.
Dynevor will play Du Maurier, Thurman the housekeeper, and Hopkins the rich and widowed Lord DeWithers.
Embankment Movies is launching gross sales forward of the upcoming American Movie Market in Las Vegas. Filming is being eyed for early 2025.
