Common Music Group has acquired the British indie classical label Hyperion Information, the corporate introduced Wednesday (March 15).
The 43-year-old label — which is dwelling to artists like Marc-André Hamelin, Angela Hewitt and Stephen Osborne and represents a catalog of two,5000 recordings, a few of which date again to the twelfth century — will function as a standalone label inside Common Music U.Okay. alongside Decca Classics.
