A 43-year-old man has been charged with tried homicide after he allegedly tried to run down two of his colleagues in a piece ute at a regional WA airport.
Gudathada Zachery Walker is alleged to have “pushed at pace” into an airport hangar containing two of his male colleagues at Warburton Airport — about 280km west of the South Australian border — about 11am on Thursday.
Each staff prevented a direct hit by the ute, however have been injured by an object struck by the car.
“One male colleague — aged in his 30s — acquired a laceration to his brow,” a police spokesman mentioned.
“The opposite male colleague — aged in his 30s — acquired minor accidents.”
He was later arrested earlier than being charged with two counts of trying to unlawfully kill.
