A girl who was allegedly stabbed outdoors of a Sydney health club by her ex-partner has been launched from hospital.
The lady, who needs to remain nameless, was allegedly stabbed within the neck, again and ear by her former associate Anthony Monteleone, outdoors of a Crunch Health in Alexandria on Wednesday.
She was taken to hospital in a secure situation after the alleged assault and was launched from hospital on Friday morning.
