My Aniimo Radiant Dreamshadow guide goes over how it’s used in the Transmog feature exclusive to Legendaries. There is currently only one Legendary Aniimo in the game right now, with more to be added in future updates. While the Transmog feature is for cosmetic purposes only, Prismana Aniimo have stronger stats as well as an alternate appearance.
Aniimo Radiant Dreamshadow
Radiant Dreamshadow is a currency that lets you change the colour of a Legendary Aniimo. In-game, this customisation feature is called ‘Aniimo Transmog’, a term used in many video games, so you may already be familiar with it. This solely changes the appearance of the Aniimo and doesn’t change any of its stats and abilities, similar to Sparkling Aniimo.
How to Get Radiant Dreamshadow
At this time, the main way of getting Radiant Dreamshadow is by progressing through the Companion Handbook. This currency is only available on the Advanced Edition, though, which means you’ll have to spend real money to get it. You can claim two Radiant Dreamshadows: the first at level 35 of the Companion Handbook, and the second at level 65.
You can also get Radiant Dreamshadow by purchasing the First Encounter in Light pack in the Shop, which grants 10 Radiant Dreamshadows, available until the 8th of October 2026.
How Aniimo Transmog Works
- The Transmog option is only available for Irisalis right now, the first Legendary Aniimo. Once more Legendary Aniimo are added to the game, I’ll update this guide
Once you catch your first Legendary Aniimo, which will be Irisalis at the time of writing this guide, you unlock the Transmog feature. Each time you roll, the Transmog bar progresses. The more progress, the more parts you unlock for the Transmog, including Colour, Wings, Headwear, Body, and Sparkling.
The Colour slot is the first you unlock, which you can reroll with Radiant Dreamshadows.
Glimmering Driftshadows
There are also Glimmering Driftshadows, which are a more budget-friendly version, but they cannot be used if you have locked any slots. Glimmering Driftshadows reroll Colour, Headwear, and Wings.
If you have any Glimmering Driftshadows, they’re spent first before any of your Radiant Dreamshadows are used.
Colours
As of right now, it looks like only Legendary Aniimo have the option to Transmogrify. Keep in mind that changing the colour of an Aniimo does not alter its stats, as it’s a purely cosmetic feature. While there are Transmog Sets, there’s a wider selection of Colours to obtain, some of which are tied to the sets, and others separate.
Irisalis
The Legendary Aniimo, Irisalis, has four Transmog Set options:
- Floral Glow [Epic]
- Shadowthorn Phantom [Epic]
- Starbloom Moonlight [Legendary]
- Sunflare Rose [Legendary]
